Stephanie Lahar and Associates offers exceptional education and training options, grounded in sound theory and fully translated into hands-on, practice-based learning. We carefully design and sequence learning activities to build progressively complex skills. With over 20 years experience in college, university and organizational settings, we understand what works for adult learners and ensure that skills that are usable during a class or training event are transferable to the workplace. We tailor educational or training option to the needs of participants, and incorporate relevant issues facing your organization. A co-trainer model is preferred, except for very small groups.
